The Punic War was fought by the Romans and Carthage. Carthage attacked Rome from the north after crossing Iberia. Rome burned Carthage's walls for 17 days and then took the remaining 50,000 people and turned them into slaves. They used boats in naval battles that Rome won. They were fighting for land and valuable goods.

Their government was cruel because it was a tryannt and tryannts were a very cruel type of government and had very serious consequences for very little crimes that they may have done. And the Roman government had Patricians and they were in charge of making laws, dealing justice, and commanding the army. This is simular to our U.S. government because our leader is a president and they are in charge of making laws, dealing justice, and commanding the army. So they are pretty much the same because they have the same duties of each other.

I actually really liked the song and liked how you were teaching something through the lyrics in the song. I probably would have liked it more if it was in person but this is what we had to work with. Overall I liked the song and it taught me something too.

They were the twelve laws that Rome had at the time. They really set the standard in Rome and helped the society. They were the laws that helped make sure that everyone was equal and pretty much had the same rights as everyone else had. They also, kept crime down because of the punishments that would be given to them if they were to do them. They really helped them grow and it was good for them to have rules to follow.

This is a Roman town that looks like it is pretty big with a lot of people in it. There is horses that people are riding on and it and shows that people have animals.
